Starks out four weeks, Lacy has bum ankle

The Green Bay Packers have traded for Kansas City Chief running back Knile Davis.
Green Bay will likely give up a late-round pick based on playing time, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Davis, 25, was Jamal Charles’ backup before Spence Ware and Charcandrick West took over the role last year.
Davis has primarily been the Chiefs kick returning – he scored 106-yard return in last year’s playoffs. This year, he has six returns for 126 yards (21-yard avg.).
Green Bay’s Eddie Lacy has been dealing with a persistent ankle injury, while James Starks is out four weeks after undergoing knee surgery Monday.
Against Dallas, Randall Cobb was listed as the Packers’ backup running back, though wideout Ty Montgomery served as a backup out of the backfield for much of the second half.
According to NFL.com, “Davis has open-field speed, but isn’t shifty in tight spaces and is mediocre in the passing game.
